I had some leftover rice in the fridge and I was craving some Japanese food, so I thought I would make some fried rice. This stuff is like crack. You've been warned. I made this once and it disappeared in about a day, then I made a double batch and it lasted 12 hours. Sooooo yea. Hide this from everyone. Not to mention, it's the easiest granola you will ever make. Super crispy and crunchy and the perfect amount of sweet. To sum up, it's badass.
I have been experimenting with Einkorn flour lately and I'm in the process of making my own sourdough starter for a lovely Einkorn Sourdough Bread, but that's neither here nor there. Right now I have an awesome chocolate chip cookie recipe made with einkorn. It's very easy and the cookies come out great. Einkorn flour has been said to be ok for people with gluten-sensitivities.
