You mean like that stuff with the little silver packet of flavorings that smells like dirty feet?
No, I’m talking about the traditional Ramen noodle, like, from Japan.
I love the Ramen Noodle shops in the city but most of those places do not have gluten-free options for noodles. Although there is one place that just recently started to serve them, and as soon as I found out I immediately went there to taste test their one, and only (literally), gluten-free ramen dish. It was unfortunately a disappointment. Not only was the gluten-free version half the size of the other extremely appetizing looking ramen bowls, it was virtually tasteless, and more expensive than its gluten-filled counterparts.
Now I thought to myself, how can I have my very own version of ramen with gluten-free noodles that actually tastes good?
